Clinton, S.C. – The Presbyterian College men’s and women’s cross country teams will take part in the NCAA Division I Southeast Regionals on Friday. The races will be hosted by Winthrop in Rock Hill, S.C. The women’s team will run in the 6k that starts at 11:00 a.m. and the men will take part in the 10k that begins at 12:00 p.m.

The women’s team will compete against 40 other schools in the 6k and the men’s team will be in a field of 38. Among the teams expected to compete are Clemson, Duke, Furman, Kentucky, Liberty, Louisville, NC State, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Wake Forest, and most of the Big South Conference.

Expected to race for the women’s team are senior Sally Hart, juniors Ali Bennett, Denise Devaney, and Emily Swanigan, and freshman Julia Keen.
