Blue Hose returns home to host LIU Brooklyn
• PC returns from a two-game road trip in California to host LIU Brooklyn on Monday, March 6 in a 4 p.m. ET game at Old Bailey Stadium.

Last Time Out
• PC concluded its Spring Break road trip with an 18-6 loss at Fresno State last Friday.

Lauren Schaaf scored twice and added an assist to lead the Blue Hose in the loss. The junior midfielder/attack took four shots and picked up a ground ball with one caused turnover.

• On defense, Alexandra Cole grabbed a pair of ground balls with a team-high four caused turnovers. Maura Talvacchia had three ground balls with two caused turnovers.

• Fresno State outshot PC 34-19 and held the advantage in draw controls (20-5) and caused turnovers (16-14). The Blue Hose got one more ground ball than the Bulldogs (21-20).

Scouting the Blackbirds
• LIU Brooklyn is also looking for its first victory of the season. The Blackbirds played at Fresno State and UC Davis to start the season and are coming off a 16-10 loss at Radford on February 22.

• Mary McQueen leads the team with 7 goals, followed by Sierra O’Connor with five goals. Kathryn Harvey has a team-high 12 draw controls, while O’Connor has 12 ground balls and 8 caused turnovers. In goal, Virginia Gibbons has made 20 saves on 86 shots faced for a 28.6 save percentage.

• LIU Brooklyn was picked to finish eighth in the Northeast Conference Preseason Coaches’ Poll.
