Clinton, S.C. - The Presbyterian College cross country team recently announced its incoming freshman class. Three additional runners, Julia Keen, Kiro Morkos and Kieran Schuetterle, join Zack Kochert and Luke Harmon who signed during November's early signing period. The women's team saw a pair of top-5 runners graduate in May, while the men's team did not lose anyone from last year's team. First-year head coach GJ Hudgens will be leading the largest teams in recent history for PC this fall.
Julia Keen – 5’2” – Camden, S.C. – Camden HS – 20:43
High School: Ran six seasons of cross country and track for Camden HS, most recently for coach Mark Chickering ... Two-time All-Region runner ... Ran a PR and school record of 20:43 at the 3A Region 4 Meet her senior year to finish 4th overall and lead her team ... Twice earned the cross country team "Coaches Award" as well as being named the "Outstanding Player of the Year" a combined three times for cross country and track ... An outstanding student as well who is an AP Scholar.
