The Presbyterian College men’s basketball team returns home for the final time this season when the team hosts Winthrop Saturda, Feb. 25, at 4:30 p.m. ... The game will be televised live on ESPN3 ... The Eagles hold a 20-12 record over the Blue Hose and have won the last seven games, including a 75-52 decision in the first meeting of season ... Winthrop used a 17-0 run in the second half to break open a four-point game and take the 75-52 win in the last game ... The Eagles hit 11 three-pointers, including seven in the second half ... PC cut the lead to 33-37 early in the second half, but the Eagles outscored the Blue Hose 27-8 in a 10-minute stretch to pull away late ... Will Adams has scored double-digits in the last two games, including 21 against Gardner-Webb ... He has posted at least two three-pointers in each of those games, icnluding four against the Runnin’ Bulldogs ...

Radford survived a late rally by the Blue Hose, escaping with a 59-57 win Feb. 23 ... In the second half, Reggie Dillard scored 11 points and Darius Moore scored all 12 of his points to help the team fight back from a 13-point deficit ... PC outscored the Highlanders 37-29 in the second 20 minutes of action ... Moore’s three got PC to within 59-57, 41 second s to go, but Dillard missed a three-pointer with :03 remaining and collected his own rebound, but could not get a shot off as Radford hung on for the win ...

The 71 points for PC against Longwood was the most for the Blue Hose since the 76 points scored against LWU in the first meeting of the season ... The 45.3% shooting was also the highest since that meeting... The five three-pointers by Longwood was the least for an opponent this season since Campbell recorded five Dec. 31 ... The 10 steals for PC marked the fourth time this season the Blue Hose have posted double-digit steals ... The Blue Hose racked up 63 bench points in the win, a PC Division I era record ... The 107 points is the second most points scored by any Big South team so far this season ...

The win over Furman marked the first time since 2011 that PC has won its season-opener, and just the second time since moving to Division I ... Keep in mind, PC has played just two opening games at home - Furman this season and Montreat in 2011, both wins - The remaining road games have included Furman (2015) Duke twice (2014/2008), Georgia Tech (2013), Clemson twice (2012/2009), Vanderbilt (2010), and Nebraska (2007) …

J.C. Younger earned Big South Freshman-of-the-Week honors early this season, based off his 15-point performance against Furman … Jo’Vontae Millner picked up his first, in part, after his career-high 26 points against The Citadel Nov. 28 ...
