KIAWAH ISLAND, SC – The Presbyterian College men’s golf team finished 21st at the 2016 East Bay Deli Classic at Kiawah Island's Turtle Point Golf Club with a score of 928 (304, 310, 314).

Leading the way for PC, Carson Spears and Hayden Ploeger tied for 61st with scores of 230. Cole Patterson (t82) finished a few strokes back at 234 (78, 75, 81). Also competing, Harrison Fisher (t94) shot 237, and Weston Sanders (t112) improved to 256 (87, 90, 79).

Tennessee reclaimed the lead with a strong final round and won the team title with a combined score of 867. Wofford’s Andrew Novak won individual medalist honors at 209 (70, 68, 71). The 22-team field included 10 teams ranked within GolfStat’s top-100.

This was the final fall tournament for the Blue Hose.
