The Presbyterian College men’s golf team currently has moved up to 8th place with a team score of +20 with a handful of holes remaining. Western Carolina is hosting the 54-hole event at the Country Club of Sapphire Valley (par-71, 6,767 yards).

PC was playing much better during the second round before play was halted just before dusk. An hour-long frost delay pushed the tournament past the necessary window of daylight. Approximately eight groups will need to finish the second round on Tuesday morning. The third and final round will tee-off at 9:00 am and 9:05 am on the 1st and 10th tees with the same pairings/groupings as Monday.

Gardner-Webb is in first place with a team score of -13. The Bulldogs’ Patrick Wu and Clemson’s Colby Patton are tied for individual medalist honors at -8.
