CLINTON, SC – The Presbyterian College men’s golf team will begin its 2017 fall season by playing at the Bridgestone Stroke Play at the par 72, 6,971-yard Legends Course at Chateau Elan in Braselton, Ga.

Along with the hosts from USC Upstate, the five other teams competing at the Bridgestone Match Play are Jacksonville State, Appalachian State, Presbyterian College and Gardner-Webb and UT-Chattagnooga.

Teams will play their practice rounds on Monday before starting stroke play (36 holes) on Tuesday. Tee times are 8:00 am (holes 1 and 10) for the first round and 12:30 pm (holes 1 and 10) for the final round.

Teams will play six golfers and count the best four for each round. Carson Spears, Harrison Fisher, Brody Boston, Josh Taylor, Ben Pirro and John David Chambers will be playing for PC. It will be the first competitive rounds for Boston, Taylor and Pirro as Blue Hose.
