Since signing 21 student-athletes on National Signing Day on February 7, the Presbyterian College football team added 11 more student-athletes Feb. 21, and eight additional on Mar. 2, to its 2018 signing class. The Blue Hose continue to look to grow its 2018 class.
The addition of the eight pushes the class to 40 student-athletes to date. Four of the eight come on the offensive side of the ball, giving PC 24 offensive signees so far. Four defensive players make it 14 on the other side of the ball, with the addition of two special teams players the last two signing dates adding up to the current signing class.
In-state prospects continue to feature prominently in the third signing period, as six of the eight come from the Palmetto State to give the Blue Hose 28 South Carolina signees in this class. Of the remaining two players, one is from North Carolina and one from Georgia. All 40 players to sign for 2018 are from one of those three states.
