CLINTON, SC – Presbyterian College women’s golf coach Kasay Holbrook announced the signing of Serina Combs to a National Letter of Intent on Friday. Combs is a standout student-athlete from Park Vista High School in Lake Worth, Florida.

Combs has completed three seasons of varsity golf at Park Vista HS. On numerous occasions she has received “Golfer of the Week” honors and was named her school’s “Golfer of the Year” in 2015. She has won medalist honors at several tournaments including the 2015 Region 7 Tournament (76). Combs finished runner-up at the 2015 PB County District Tournament (77) and guided her team to the overall title. She qualified for the South Florida PGA Championship in May of 2016 and went on to shoot a personal-best round of 74 on two occasions that summer.

Not just a great athlete, Combs is known for her extracurriculars too. She is an active member of the Science, Math, English and Spanish Honor Societies at Park Vista HS as well as the National Honor Society and Rho Kappa Honor Society. She spends time volunteering within the community and received the Student Athlete Community Service Network (SACSN.org) 2015 Leadership Award.
