GREENVILLE, NC – The Presbyterian College women’s golf team is in eighth place after two rounds of the Pirate Collegiate Classic at the Greenville Country Club on Monday with a score of 613 (307, 306). Senior Celia Mansour is tied for 11th at +3.

Mansour played consistent golf to end the day just outside of the top-10. She shot 147 (74, 73) and led the team with 21 pars and its only eagle. She recorded the eagle during round one on hole No. 7 (par-4, 371 yards).

Maiken Bing Paulsen and Ann Elizabeth Gore are tied for 27th with scores of 152. Freshman Serina Combs is 79th at 162 (80, 82) in her first collegiate tournament. Rylie Marchman shot 180 (94, 86) to end the day in 89th.

East Carolina is in first place at 579 (280, 299). Towson’s Alexis Hios and Cincinnati’s Anika Hitt are tied for first at 142.

The final round will begin on Tuesday morning with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m.
