The Presbyterian College men's basketball team heads up I-26 to Spartanburg, Tuesday, Dec. 13, to take on USC Upstate in a 7 p.m. contest.  PC is looking to repeat its performance from a year ago that saw the Blue Hose take a 74-73 win Nov. 16.
