Cletis Avery leads the Big South in sac bunts with six, to place 19th in the nation in that category.
• Avery is also third in the conference in stolen bases (12) and ranks 25th nationally.
Brian Kehner leads the Big South in strikeout-to-walk ratio (9.75) and walks allowed per nine innings (0.88). He ranks 16th and 13th in the two categories, respectively. His 39 strikeouts also lead the Big South this season.
Nick Guimbarda is third in the Big South in doubles (9) and ranks 73rd nationally.
Ryan Hedrick has recorded three saves on the season, third-most in the Big South.

Kehner Stingy with Runs
• Senior left-handed pitcher Brian Kehner has not allowed an earned run in his last 21.0 innings pitched over his last three starts.
• The lefty struggled early at Auburn on March 10, allowing seven runs in the first two innings but has since turned it around. He would go on to throw 5.0 scoreless innings from that point, allowing just one base runner the rest of the way.
• He followed that up with his first career shutout in his first 9.0 inning complete game against Army, allowing just two hits in a 9-0 victory with eight strikeouts against one walk.
• In his last outing against UNC Asheville, the senior captain worked 7.0 scoreless innings of five-hit ball with eight Ks.

Priaulx Leading the Team
AJ Priaulx leads the team with a .367 average, sixth-best in the Big South, and a .541 slugging percentage, while sitting tied for second in RBIs (14) and extra-base hits (8), despite missing four games with an injury.
• Priaulx had a 10-game hitting streak snapped at Georgia on March 15. During the streak, Priaulx recorded six multi-hit games and drove in or scored at least one run eight of the 10 games, including three multi-RBI games.
• The lefty managed four doubles, a triple and a home run during the 10 games, while raising his average to .410 at the time.

Avery Making an Impact
• Senior Cletis Avery has stolen 12 bases on the season to lead the team and rank third in the Big South in that category.
• The senior second baseman also leads the team and the Big South in sacrifice bunts this season with six sac bunts to date. He ranks 19th nationally in that category as well.
• Avery has raised his average to .270 over his last eight games, going 11-for-29 (.379) with four walks, two doubles, a homer, five runs, nine RBIs and three stolen bases.

Auckland Surging at the Plate
• Senior Brett Auckland is in the midst of a hot streak at the plate, going 17-for-40 (.408) with 11 walks over his last 11 games.
• The outfielder has scored nine times over his last nine games and has driven in nine runs over the 11-game stretch, while doubling and homering twice.
• It started with a 4-for-5, three-RBI game at Auburn to break out of an early season slump. He has since recorded multi-hit games in three of his last four games and raised his batting average from .222 to .329 on the year.
