Greenville, N.C. – The Presbyterian College men’s golf team finished 11th at the ECU Intercollegiate with an aggregate of 935 (314, 309, 312). Cole Patterson led the Blue Hose with a 30th place tie at 228 (75, 76, 77).

The senior led PC with nine total birdies and ended the 54-hole tournament at the par-72, 6,755-yard Brook Valley Country Club with an even record over the back nine with totals of -1, +1 and E.

AJ Nolin was close behind at 231 (78, 77, 76) and tied for 37th. Charlie Tate tied for 58th at 238 (78, 78, 82), Weston Sanders improved to a 62nd place tie at 240 (84, 78, 78), while Brody Boston fell to 65th at 242 (83, 78, 81).

The Pirates rallied back on Tuesday to win their home tournament with a combined 880 (309, 281, 290). Jacksonville’s Michael Sakane won individual medalist honors at 209 (-7).

Presbyterian College will return to play at the Cleveland Golf Palmetto Intercollegiate hosted by USC Aiken at the Palmetto GC from March 10-12.
