MORGANTON, N.C. - The Presbyterian College women's golf team will return to the Mimosa Hills Intercollegiate on the newly designed par-70, 6,010 yard course at the Mimosa Hills Golf Club from April 2-3.

The seven competing teams are host Appalachian State as well as Charleston Southern, Gardner-Webb, Presbyterian College, South Carolina State, Western Carolina and Wofford.

Each team will consist of 6 golfers, but only the top-five will score for each of the two rounds.

The Blue Hose finished ninth in 2010 with a school record score of 635 (321, 314) when the event was hosted by Western Carolina. Senior Carrie McClenaghan (Greenville, S.C.) led the team that year on the par-72 course with her then collegiate best score of 156 (78, 78). Elon earned the team championship with an aggregate score of 607 (305, 302).

This will be the last tournament for the Blue Hose before the Big South Conference Championship to be held from April 8-11 in Ninety-Six, S.C.
