Kasay Holbrook enters her fourth year as the head women's golf coach.
Prior to returning to PC in 2013 as an assistant golf coach, Holbrook worked at the Big Canoe POA for two years as an assistant golf pro. Starting as a third assistant in 2012, she was promoted to second assistant in March of 2013. Her responsibilities grew to include overseeing outside operations, club repair, setting up WGA Play days, and assisting in clinics. While at Big Canoe POA, Holbrook also entered into the PGA of America to begin the process of working towards her Class ‘A’ certification. As of January 2015, she is a full member the PGA of America.
While playing at PC, Holbrook had one of the most distinguished careers in program history. She earned Big South Player of the Week honors three times. She also accumulated a then program-best seven top-ten finishes and set three individual school records. Her opening round of 70 (-2) at the 2010 Great Smokies Intercollegiate still stood as the program’s best single round performance until 2016. As a freshman, Holbrook also led the team to their first and only tournament win at the 2008 Lady Falcon Invitational.
Holbrook graduated from Presbyterian College in May of 2012 with a degree in business management. She has minors in athletic coaching and physical education. She is set to complete her masters in athletic administration from Georgia Southern in the summer of 2018.
