Blue Hose host Liberty in Play4Kay Game
• PC returns to the Templeton Center this Saturday, February 11 as the Blue Hose host Liberty in the team’s annual Play4Kay game. Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET.

• PC looks to split the conference series as the Flames won back on January 10.

Last Time Out
• PC shot 7-of-8 from the free-throw line in the final quarter to win a close game against UNC Asheville on Tuesday night at Kimmel Arena.

• Rebecca Walker scored a season-high 12 points to pace the Blue Hose. The senior forward shot 5-of-11 from the floor and 2-for-2 from the line, pulling down three rebounds and adding  an assist.

• Taylor Petty followed with 11 points, Allie Wagner netted seven points, and Kacie Hall and Aianna Kelly both contributed six points.

• Both teams’ leading scorers were held to five points. Chatori Major, who scored 31 points against PC on January 24, entered the game averaging 16.3 points per game. Cortney STorey came in averaging 11.9 points.

• PC shot 17-of-44 (38.6 percent) from the field, 5-of-19 (26.3 percent) from deep, and 13-of-16 (81.3 percent) from the charity stripe.

• The Blue Hose committed fewer turnovers (11-22) and held the advantage in steals (8-4), points off turnovers (22-5), fast-break points (2-0), and bench productivity (26-9).

Scouting the Flames
• Radford rallied from a 17-point deficit but Liberty held on for the 49-48 win Tuesday at the Vines Center. The Flames shot 16-of-57 (28.1 percent) from the floor, 7-of-16 (43.8 percent) from deep, and 10-of-17 (58.8 percent) from the line.

• Keyen Green is averaging 11.8 points per game to lead the team. The Big South Come Ready Nutrition Freshman of the Week also leads the Flames on the glass with 186 boards this season. Iva Ilic is the best three-point shooter with 30 deep balls (1.36 per game).

• The Flames lead the Big South in rebounding margin (+8.1) and blocked shots (4.5 per game). Liberty is shooting 37.6 percent from the field, 31.7 percent from long range, and 61.4 percent from the free-throw line.

Series History
• Saturday’s game marks the 19th meeting between the two programs. Liberty leads the all-time series 14-4 and holds a 5-2 record at the Templeton Center.

• The teams met earlier this season on January 10 at the Vines Center. PC started off quick with 23 points in the opening quarter, but ultimately fell 68-60 as the Flames used an 8-0 run late to put the game away. Taylor Petty scored 16 points to lead the Blue Hose in the loss, followed by Cortney Storey and Janie Miles with 11 points each.

• The game featured four ties and nine lead changes.

PC Rankings in the Big South

• Presbyterian leads the conference in free-throw percentage (75.9), three-point field goals attempted (576), three-point field goals made (163), and three-point field goals per game (7.4).

• The Blue Hose ranks third in turnover margin (+1.41) and fourth in scoring defense (61.6).

Storey Leads the Way
• Cortney Storey leads PC with 11.5 points, 4.0 assists, and 2.0 steals per game.

• Storey has converted on 86-of-218 shots (39.4 percent), including 21-of-85 (24.7 percent) from behind the three-point line. She has also made 61-of-76 (80.3 percent) free-throw attempts.

• Storey recorded the first double-double of her career with 19 points and 10 assists against UNCG on December 15.

• The Preseason All-Big South selection also leads the team in total assists (89), total steals (45), free-throws made (61), and minutes per game (35.5) and is tied for second in rebounds (75).
