2018: Led the team with 12 starts on the mound … Went 3-3 on the year with a 4.84 ERA in 70.2 innings pitched, allowing 41 runs (38 earned) on 76 hits … Totaled a team-best 67 strikeouts against 34 walks … Struck out a team-best 25 batters looking and held opposing batters to a team-best .274 batting average … Threw a season-high 7.0 innings on three occasions … Allowed just 15 extra base hits including 10 doubles, three triples and two home runs … Allowed the fewest homeruns in the Big South … Threw 7.0 scoreless innings against Harvard on March 10, totaling seven strikeouts against three walks … Struck out a season-high nine batters against Gardner-Webb over 7.0 innings of work on April 20 … Picked up wins against Wofford on Feb. 25, Charleston Southern on March 23, and Longwood on May 11 … Averaged 8.53 strikeouts per nine innings.

Before PC: Turned in a sterling high school career at Loris High School, earning Toast of the Coast Player of the Year, Region VIII AA Player of the Year and SCBCA Class AA Player of the Year honors as a senior ... Named a North/South All-Star and was selected for the Border Battle games ... Went 8-1 as a senior with a 0.23 ERA and 92 strikeouts to 20 walks in 61 innings ... A 2014 Atlantic Region Honorable Mention... Held the Diamond Prospects No. 9 pitcher ranking in South Carolina and compiled a 19-8 record as a junior with a 1.13 earned run average and nine wins ... Earned All-Region AA-VIII baseball honors and helped Loris to 11 straight wins before falling in the Lower State semifinal, striking out the side at a crucial point in the game.
