2017: Played in 35 games, making 18 starts between DH, first base, second base and catcher...batted .207 with four doubles, a triple, two home runs, 11 runs and 11 RBIs...recorded a .298 OBP, second-highest on the team among non-starters...drove in three against Army on March 19 and Charleston Southern on May 14...two hits against Alabama (Feb. 19), Wofford (Feb. 22) and Winthrop (Apr. 8)...homered against Army on March 18...four multi-RBI games...13 pinch-hit at-bats, second-most on the team

2016: Played in 30 games, making 12 starts between second base, third base and DH…batted .236 on the year, going 13-for-55 with three doubles, a triple, a homer, five runs and 10 RBIs…was 4-for-13 (.308) as a pinch hitter…went 2-for-5 with a run and an RBI in PC’s extra-inning victory at Wofford on March 29…was 1-for-4 with a triple, a run and two RBIs against UNC Asheville on April 2…hit safely in four straight games from February 26 to March 2, including three straight games with a pinch-hit base hit…hit a pinch-hit home run in his only at-bat at Clemson on March 22

2015: Played in 18 games, starting one at designated hitter against Richmond (3/6) … Normally saw time as a pinch hitter and third baseman, though did play one game at second base against Savannah State (4/8) … Picked up his first collegiate hit at USC Upstate (3/24) … Drove in his first collegiate run against NC Central (5/5) … Stole a base against USC Upstate (3/24).

High School: One of the top players in the state, Chapman captained the squad that won the 2014 conference and tournament championship, went 27-7 and finished state runner-up... A talent on the plate and on the mound, Chapman paced the team’s arms with a 7-1 record and a 1.31 earned run average this season (along with a 17-5 career record and 1.89 career ERA)... Hit two home runs to help Bunker Hill win a co-championship in Southern Distict 7 2A... A three-year varsity starter and two-year captain, Chapman captured two straight all-conference selections with a career batting average of .457 and the school record for home runs (18)... Led the Bears to a SD-7 championship and three straight playoff appearances as well as starring on the Bunker Hill football and basketball teams... In the summer of 2013, Chapman played for Hickory Post 48 American Legion Team and hit .517 on the year, ranking second in Area IV.
