CLINTON, SC – Presbyterian College’s head women’s golf coach Kasay Holbrook announced the addition of transfers Celia Mansour and Maiken Bing Paulsen to play golf at PC this fall.

Mansour joins PC after two standout seasons at William Woods University. As a freshman, she won her collegiate debut at the CMU Fall Eagle Open with a 3-under 141 (70, 71). A two-time All-American and individual champion of the American Midwest Conference, Mansour shot a school record round of 8-under par (64) at the Fall Boone Hospital Invite last season and earned medalist honors at four of nine tournaments.

Paulsen joins PC after one successful season at McNeese State. She competed in eight tournaments for the Cowboys and established a 54-hole best of 227 (72, 77, 78) and was named to the President’s Honor List twice. Prior to McNeese State Paulsen competed at the highest level of Norwegian junior golf where she racked up wins at the (par-71) Drammen GC (78, +7) and Drammen GC Championship (156; 77, 79). Most recently this summer, Paulsen finished 4th at the Norgescup 3 (Østmarka GK) with a score of 217 (73, 73, 71) and then won a regional tour event at the Tyrifjord Golf Club with a score of 141 (74, 67). Her final round of 67 was a career best.

Mansour and Paulsen will join Alexandra Demko and Rylie Marchman along with four returners as the Blue Hose tee-off the season on September 12 at the CSU Invitational.
