16 Games, including eight at home and eight on the road, highlight the 2018-19 men’s basketball Big South conference schedule that was released by Head Coach Dustin Kerns and Presbyterian College this week.  The conference schedule caps a 31-game season, with the Blue Hose opening the year with 15 non-conference games.

“We are excited about the Big South schedule as our league continues to grow into one of the perineal mid-major leagues in America with the additional of new schools and coaches," said Coach Kerns, who is in his second season leading the program. "Having the opportunity to play in front of the Clinton community, students, and alumni on several Saturday home games we hope Templeton Gym continues to provide an exciting atmosphere for our student-athletes and fans to cheer on the Blue Hose!”

PC opens the Big South slate the first Saturday in January, hosting league newcomer USC Upstate on the 5th.

After roads games at High Point (Jan. 10), and Radford (Jan. 12), the Blue Hose return to Templeton Gym for a two-game set.  They take on the other conference rookie Hampton on Jan. 16, and then Longwood Jan. 19.

Jan. 21 and Jan. 24, see the Blue Hose on the road again, this time at USC Upstate and Campbell, respectively.

After a road game at Winthrop on Feb. 13, PC returns on the 16th for another doubleheader with the women's team and takes on Campbell.

In the final road trip of the year, the Blue Hose travel to UNC Asheville Feb. 23, and Gardner-Webb Feb. 27.  PC finishes the regular season at home Mar. 2, against Charleston Southern.
