The Blue Hose have squared off against three top-10 teams in 2018. PC scrimmaged No. 9 North Carolina (2-1, L) during the preseason and played back-to-back games at No. 1 Wake Forest (4-1, L) and No. 6 NC State (2-0, L).

 

Returning Champions

 

The Blue Hose returned nine starters from last year’s Big South Championship team. Vannier (five), Pinto (three) and Miller-Bell (three) combined for nearly half of last year's 23 goals scored.

  

Series Histories | Last Meeting

 

PC and UNCA played to a 2-2 draw in the 2017 regular season finale, and the Bulldogs own a 9-2-3 series advantage.

 

PC defeated USC Upstate 3-1 last season with goals from Sergio Pinto, Clement Vannier and Victor Menudier, however the Spartans hold a 19-6-3 series lead.
