The major goal of
the Presbyterian College Speed, Strength and Conditioning Program is to
minimize the risk of injury by preparing athletes for the specific demands of
competition. The Presbyterian College Speed, Strength and Conditioning
department will provide our athletes the opportunities to develop attitude,
work ethic, mental toughness, discipline and pride.Our athletes will train with intensity and
consistency.We will continue to learn
and research to provide our athletes the cutting edge for athletic performance.
