CLINTON, SC – The Presbyterian College women’s soccer team struck first with a goal from Preston Robinette 15 minutes into Friday’s match, but North Florida scored three unanswered goals, two from Thais Reiss in the second half, to pull away to a 3-1 win at Martin Stadium.

-PC junior Preston Robinette scored her first goal of the year, fifth career, with a free kick in the 15th minute. She also led the Blue Hose with three of their five shots.

-North Florida tied the game in the 42nd minute with a goal from Vanessa Piermont.

-UNF’s Thais Reiss scored her third and fourth goals of the season, which included a penalty kick in the 57th minute, to help the Osprey’s pull away the 3-1 final. Reiss led the game with three shots on goal.

-The Ospreys outshot PC 18-5, including 11-2 in the second half, and led 2-0 on corners.

-Sophomore Megan Serrano made a career-best nine saves in 90 minutes of action for PC.

- Freshmen Sydni Dachs and Megan Wilson drew their first starts for PC, while Anna Stouffer, Carolay Ospina and Amy Cloud made their PC debuts off the bench.
