CLINTON, S.C. --- The Presbyterian College Athletic Department unveiled the men’s and women’s cross country schedules for the fall of 2019 on Thursday. The Blue Hose will compete in five races including the Big South Championship Meet hosted by Campbell on Saturday Nov. 2.

“The schedule is a good balance between what the team has done before and what will push them further,” head coach GJ Hudgens said. “We are book ended by some tough meets, but the middle portion of the schedule sees great potential for both personal and school records.”

The season begins on Saturday, August 31 as the Blue Hose travel to Columbia, S.C. to compete in the Carolina Challenge with the race beginning at 9 am. After an off week, the teams will head to the Big South Preview Meet on September 14 in Lillington.

On September 27, PC will be in Charlotte for the Queen City Invite beginning at 4:30 p.m. During the 2018 meet the Blue Hose had 10 personal or season best marks in the event. 

The Blue Hose continue the 2019 slate on October 12 at the Royals Challenge in Charlotte which will be hosted by Queens College. The meet will take place at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday afternoon.

The regular season is set to conclude with Campbell hosting the 2019 Big South Championship Meet on Saturday November 2 in Lillington. The championship meet is set to begin at 10 a.m...

On Friday, November 17, the University of Virginia will again host the DI Southeast Regional at Panorama Farms in Earlysville, Va. The men will compete in the 10k championship while the women compete in the 6k championship.
