CORAL SPRINGS, Florida – The Presbyterian College women's golf team had two golfers earn All-American Scholar honors from the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) on Monday. Maiken Bing Paulsen and Serina Combs each earned the accolade for the second consecutive year.
The WGCA announced a total of just 1,097 women's collegiate golfers were recognized with this prestigious honor. The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent in all of college athletics. The minimum cumulative GPA is 3.50.
The Big South had 18 other golfers honored with Campbell (3), Gardner-Webb (5), High Point (3), Radford (3), and Winthrop (4) also being represented. A full list of all the honorees can be viewed here: community.wgcagolf.com.
