Federico Rossi joins Presbyterian College as an Intern Athletic Trainer. He will assist with the football team in the fall and will be the primary athletic trainer for the men’s and women’s Tennis teams as well as cheerleading.
Rossi a native of Grosseto, Italy received a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Missouri Valley College in May 2018. While serving as a student athletic trainer at Missouri Valley, Federico worked with the football, baseball, men’s soccer, women’s basketball, men’s volleyball, softball and wrestling teams. Rossi also served an off-campus rotation with the boys and girls basketball teams at Smith-Cotton High School (MO).
Prior to attending Missouri Valley College Federico received an Associate of Science in Athletic Training from Iowa Western Community College. While an athletic training student with the Reivers Rossi worked with the football program.
Federico earned his national certification as an athletic trainer in 2018 and is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association and the South Carolina Athletic Trainers' Association.
