HILTON HEAD, SC – The Presbyterian College men’s golf team finished 18th at the Wexford Plantation Intercollegiate Golf Tournament with a score of 945 (314, 302, 329) on Tuesday.

Freshman Josh Taylor shot 236 (82, 70, 84) to lead the Blue Hose and tie for 65th. One stroke back, Brody Boston and Haydon Norwood tied for 70th at 237. Carson Spears led PC on the final round, carding an 81, to move into an 83rd place tie at 243 (86, 76, 81). Harrison Fisher finished 87th at 246 (80, 80, 86).

Taylor recorded a collegiate-best round of 70 (-2) during the second round, while Norwood opened the tournament with a collegiate-best 73 (+1).

TCU won the team title with a score of 853 and was led by individual medalist recipient, Stefano Mazzoli (-10).



Francis Marion hosted at the Wexford Plantation course, an Arnold Palmer signature course, which measures 6,913 yards and is a par-72 layout.
