Both teams made goalie substitutions to start the second, as Lee-Ann Salim went in for PC and younger sister Alex Salim entered the game for Campbell. After Placek scored another to earn a hat trick, Roberts put the Blue Hose on the board with 26:26 to play. Frase scored her free-position shot with 20:20 on the clock, her third goal of the season, to make it 15-2. Cole ripped a bouncing shot that Campbell goalie Kylie Haarhoff deflected up into the air. The ball then bounced off the keeper’s helmet and into the net as PC trailed 17-3 with 5:16 left in the game. The Blue Hose were in the attacking half of the field in the final minute, but could not get a shot off and Campbell ran out the rest of the clock.
