PC (3-13-0, 1-7-0 Big South) will end a three-match road swing on Wednesday. The Blue Hose dropped both of its matches last week, falling in its non-conference finale to Wofford on the road Wednesday, 4-0, before coming up short on the road at Longwood on Saturday, 1-0. Ignacio Monchetti (Montevideo, Uruguay) leads the team in goals (six) and points (14) while Josh Carter (Anchorage, Alaska) sits in second with five goals and two assists for 12 points. PC needs one win to equal the most wins in Division I.

High Point (6-7-3, 4-2-2 Big South) enters Wednesday night with a 2-0-1 record in its last three matches. The Panthers tied Radford on October 23 before taking victories over Campbell (3-1) and Gardner-Webb (2-1). Mamadee Nyepon leads the team with 10 goals and three assists and the Panthers sit in fifth in the Big South Conference standings. Kody Palmer and Ryan Massey split time in net and High Point boasts a 1.82 goals against average.

The Blue Hose will look for their fourth all-time win over High Point, currently with a 3-5-1 all-time record. The Panthers took a 1-0 win from PC in Clinton last season.

Following Wednesday’s match, PC returns home to host Campbell on Saturday at 5 p.m. in the regular season finale. The team will honor its five seniors at halftime.
