Coastal Carolina quarterback Aramis Hillary (North Augusta, S.C.) has been named the Choice Hotels Big South Football Offensive Player of the Week, while Liberty linebacker Nick Sigmon (Roanoke, Va.) has been selected as Defensive Player of the Week for games played the 11th week of the regular-season.  Flames punter Grant Bowden (Centreville, Va.) is the Special Teams Player of the Week, and Presbyterian College punter Stephen Doar (Landrum, S.C.) is The Crons Brand Freshman of the Week.

Hillary was 19-of-22 passing ( =86.3 percent) for 261 yards and tied the Big South single-game record with five touchdown passes in Coastal's 65-7 win at Presbyterian College.  He also rushed seven times for 81 yards to finish the day with 342 yards of offense.  After missing last week with an injury, Hillary completed nine of his first 10 passes for 74 yards, two of which were TD throws.  After throwing his first interception in 190 attempts, Hillary went 10-of-11 for 187 yards with touchdown passes of 43, 50 and 11 yards.

Sigmon tallied nine tackles (eight solo), two tackles-for-loss, one forced fumble, one pass break-up and returned an interception 21 yards for a touchdown in leading the Flames to a 28-14 win over No. 6/8 Stony Brook.  His pick six pushed Liberty's lead to 21-7 in the third quarter, and his forced fumble in the fourth stanza was returned for a score to seal the win.  Sigmon helped limit Miguel Maysonet to a season-low 2.8 yards per rush, as well as hold the Seawolves to their second-fewest points scored in a Big South game.

Bowden averaged 44.3 yards on his 10 punts against Stony Brook, pinning four inside the 20-yard line and booming three over 50 yards to limit the Seawolves' field position.  SBU managed just three returns for four yards, and his last seven kicks averaged 47.7 yards -- including a career long 57-yarder.

Doar came off the bench to make his collegiate debut against Coastal Carolina this past Saturday and punted five times for an average of 48.0 yards in a reserve role.  Three of his kicks went for 50 yards, including a long of 60, and he placed one inside the 20-yard line.  Coastal returned just two of his punts for six yards.
