Football Heads to Bailey for First Scrimmage of 2012

The Presbyterian College football team will get its first tast of the home field today as the Blue Hose hold their first scrimmage of 2012 at Bailey Memorial Stadium.

The newcomers will begin getting accustomed to "The Walk" as the team makes its trek from Templeton Gym to the Stadium at 10:45 a.m.

After about an hour of warm-ups, the team will begin its scrimmage around 12 p.m.

The football team will run through approximately 120 different set plays before ending the day.

Fans are invited to attend.

Fan Day 2012 is set for next Saturday, Aug. 18th.  The team will be on hand at 9 a.m. for autographs with a scrimmage to be held an hour later.  The kids zone will also be set-up as well as a table with posters, schedule cards and magnets for football and rest of the fall season sports.
