PC finished with 11 wins, which is over double from the 2016-17 season and tied for its highest win total since earning 14 victories in 2011-12...

This season the Blue Hose won their 100th game as a Division I member with a win over High Point...

Earlier this season PC sustained a five-game winning streak, marking the first time since 2011 the Blue Hose had won five in a row... The 8-7 start by the Blue Hose was the best 15-game start since the 2011 season when PC also started 8-7 ...

Senior Reggie Dillard graduated PC as one of the most prolific scorers, earlier in the season becoming just the fourth player in PC’s Division I history to record over 1,300 points ... He also finished third in career three-pointers made, fourth in field goals made and as the PC Division I leader in assists ... He is the only PC player in DI history to accumulate over 1,000 points, 400 rebounds, and 300 assists...

Davon Bell finished third in career assists at PC with 309 ... He is 35 away from eclipsing the PC DI mark ... He reached 165 for the season, breaking the PC DI record for assists in a season ...

Reggie Dillard earned Big South All-Conference honors, with JC Younger picking up All-Academic accolades ...

The NABC handed out its first ever Team of the Week in 2017-18, with the Blue Hose becoming the first recipient after a pair of last-second buzzer-beating wins over UNCG and North Carolina A&T during the week of Nov. 27-Dec. 3 ... Both of the buzzer-beaters earned significant mentions on ESPN’s SportsCenter ...

This past season, the Blue Hose were led by Reggie Dillard with 15.6 points, with Armel TeTe pacing the team in rebounds with 4.5 a game ... Davon Bell was second in scoring with 12.8 a game, with JC Younger third among active players with 10.3 ... PC averaged 66.4 points and 31.5 rebounds per game ...

An improved team this season is seen not only with the 11 wins but in the offensive numbers as well ... The 2016-17 team averaged 61.2 points per game, while the 2017-18 squad scored 66.4 a game ... Four players averaged in double figures, all but one of them with more ppg than the leading scoring in 2016-17 ...

The Blue Hose put up impressive numbers in Coach Kerns’ first season ... They scored 2,124 points, made 276 three-pointers after attempting 772 of them, and attempted 1,760 field goals, all PC DI season records ... The 66.4 scoring average ranked second, with the 1,009 rebounds ranking third ...

Highlights of the season included a breakout performance from Reggie Dillard, who tied the PC DI record with 37 points against Liberty Jan. 27 ... This topped the 32 points against Piedmont, Dec. 21, which tied for fifth ... Dillard’s eight three-pointers against the Flames was second in the record book and was just one shy of Ethan Kay’s record nine against Toccoa Falls Dec. 14 ... Davon Bell recorded five steals against Johnson Nov. 11, it tied for first in PC’s record book ...

Several Blue Hose showed up in the conference statistics, with Reggie Dillard finishing ninth in scoring ... Davon Bell was 17th, while JC Younger was 25th ... Armel TeTe was 20th in rebounding, while Dillard was ninth in field goal percentage ... Davon Bell led the league in assists, was fifth in steals, and second in assist/turnover ratio ...

A lot of new faces on the men’s basketball team for the 2017-18 season, especially on the coaching side with the hiring of former Wofford Associate Head Coach Dustin Kerns as the team’s 18th coach this past spring ... At Wofford Coach Kerns was part of two Souther Conference championships and two NCAA Tournament appearances ...

A whole new staff joined Coach Kerns with the addition of Tommy Brown, Frank Young, and Patrick Moynihan ... Coach Brown led Lee University for 11 years, making eight consecutive NAIA Tournament appearances ... Frank Young was a standout player at West Virginia and still ranks among the all-time leaders in three-pointers made, attempted, and percentage ... Coach Moynihan comes from a Troy team that went 22-15 last season, winning the Sun Belt Championship and advancing to the NCAA Tournament ...

PC made at least one three-pointer in every game this season, including five in the final one at Charleston Southern, marking the 339th game in a row the Blue Hose have hit at least one three-pointer in a game ... PC has hit one three-pointer in several games, the last against Clemson in 2015, but has not been held without one in its entire Division I history ...
