Lake Mary, Fla. - Presbyterian College’s Maiken Bing Paulsen tied for second at the Seminole State Spring Break tournament on Wednesday with a 36-hole personal-best score of 147 (74, 73). The team finished fourth out of nine teams with a combined score of 644 (325, 319) at the Timacuan Golf and Country Club (par-72, 6,152 yards).

The runner-up finish gave Paulsen her fourth top-10 finish of the season and tied her with head coach Kasay Holbrook for most all-time (7).

Ann Elizabeth Gore improved to tie for 12th at 160 (81, 79), Sydney Abruzzino dropped back to tie for 26th at 167 (83, 84), Rylie Marchman improved to finish 31st at 170 (87, 83) and Serina Combs dropped to tie for 40th at 178 (90, 88) rounded out the team’s scores.

Seminole State won the tournament with a combined score of 604. The Raiders’ Tuan-Yu Chiang held off Paulsen to win individual medalist honors at 143 (69, 74).
