CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Three Presbyterian College teams have earned the Big South Sportsmanship Award for the 2015-16 year, as announced by the conference Wednesday afternoon.

Men’s basketball, women’s basketball and women’s soccer were the winning programs for PC. The award is the fifth overall and fourth in a row for women’s basketball, fourth overall for men’s basketball, and second overall for women’s soccer. Each winner was voted on by student-athletes in the Big South following each conference championship.

PC finished third overall in the team standings, with Gardner-Webb winning the Big South Conference’s annual Institutional Sportsmanship Award. PC was one of only three schools with at least three programs winning the award this year. This is the 11th year that the Big South has handed out the award.
