Presbyterian College and head softball coach Britne Stubbs announced the signing of catcher Rebekka Gross (Angels Camp, Calif.), outfielder Madison Longanecker (Sanford, Fla.), utility player Jonnie Petree (Hendersonville, N.C.), and outfielder Kelsie Sanchez (Clearwater, Fla.) to play for the Blue Hose this fall.  They join infielder Megan Anderson (White Knoll, S.C.), outfielder Lourdes Dominicis (Merritt Island, Fla.), third baseman Shannon Legacki (Cooper City, Fla.), and infielder Kylie Young (Titusville, Fla.) as the signee class of 2015-16.

“I couldn’t be more excited to add these terrific young ladies to our roster for next spring,” said Coach Stubbs.  “They are excellent athletes and will be even better students at Presbyterian College.”

at St. Petersburg:  Played centerfield for two seasons at St. Petersburg ... Freshman of the Year in 2013-2014 and named MVP and Female Athlete of the Year in 2014-2015 ... Named All American Scholar Athlete 2013-2014 and 2014-2015  ... On the All-Conference First Team in 2014-2015 and the All-State Second Team in 2014-2015 ... Also on the All-Conference Second Team in 2013-2014, as well as the FCSAA All-Academic Team ... Last season she played in 51 games and had 145 at bats with 58 hits, 11 of which were doubles, 9 were triples, and 2 home runs ... Ended with a .400 batting average ...
