The Presbyterian College men’s soccer team and head coach Bret Boulware recently announced the 2015 season schedule, headlined by 10 home games to be played at Edens Field at Martin Stadium.

“I really like the balance to our schedule this year,” said Coach Boulware.  “We have more home games than in the past with a nice mix of in region match ups along with a few new out of region opponents.  The competition will be tough but we have matured as a team and I feel we are ready for the challenge.  As always, the Big South Conference is going to be difficult.  This conference keeps getting better and better and we are working hard to match up to that level.”

The team kicks off the 2015 campaign two exhibition games, the first at Clemson on Aug. 15.  The second is an Aug. 22 game against Erskine at Martin Stadium.

PC welcomes LIU Brooklyn in the regular-season home-opener Aug. 28, before heading to Georgia Southern on Sept. 2.

Two non-conference rivalry games are next on the schedule, as PC hosts USC Upstate Sept. 5 and then heads to Wofford Sept. 8.

Texas-Pan American visits Clinton on Sept. 13, with PC traveling to Mercer on Sept. 18.  Presbyterian College hosts Georgia State Sept. 22, to start a three-match home swing for the team.  The Blue Hose open Big South Conference play on Sept. 26 with Radford before rounding out the home stand with Appalachian State Sept. 29.

PC heads to High Point on Oct. 2, returning home Oct. 7, to take on Coastal Carolina.

The Blue Hose travel to Big South rivals Winthrop Oct. 10 and Longwood Oct. 16.

Two home matches against Campbell (Oct. 24) and Gardner-Webb (Oct. 28) appear next on the schedule before the final road matches of the year against Liberty (Oct. 31) and UNC Asheville (Nov. 5).

The Big South Conference Championship tournament begins at campus sites on Nov. 10, with the quarterfinals.  Semifinal and championship matches will be played at Bryan Park in Greensboro, N.C. on Nov. 13-15.
