Christine Hess is in year first year as an assistant athletic trainer at PC.  She acts as the primary athletic trainer for the women’s soccer, cross country and lacrosse teams.

Prior to coming to PC in July of 2011, Hess served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Clemson University. During her stint at Clemson, she worked with the football and women’s tennis teams.  She earned a master's degree in Human Resource Development from Clemson in August 2011.

Hess received a bachelor's degree from Florida State University in Athletic Training in December 2008. While serving as a student athletic trainer at FSU, Hess worked with the volleyball, track & field, football and cross country teams.

Hess earned her national certification as an athletic trainer in 2009 and is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association and the South Carolina Athletic Trainers' Association.
