Reed is in his sixth year as the Associate Head Athletic Trainer at Presbyterian College.  He is responsible for coverage of football and supervising the intern with Football and Men's and Women's Tennis.

Prior to coming to PC, Reed worked at Canisius College in Buffalo, NY as an assistant athletic trainer and approved clinical instructor from 2005-2007.  His responsibilities included coverage of men's lacrosse, men's soccer, and synchronized swimming.
 
From 2003-2005 Reed was a graduate assistant athletic trainer and an approved clinical instructor at High Point University in NC.  He graduated from HPU with an M.S. in Sports Studies in May of 2005. 

Reed's work experience also includes three years as an assistant athletic trainer at Saint Francis University in PA from 2000-2003.  There he provided coverage for football, men's volleyball, and track and field. 

He has been a Certified Athletic Trainer and member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association since 2000.  The Tipton, PA native graduated in 1999 from Saint Francis College in PA with a B.S. in Psychology.

Reed married Shelby Lynn Dominick in July 2012.  They reside in Greenwood.
