PC Men?s Soccer Opens Search for New Head Coach

Presbyterian College will begin searching immediately for a new men's soccer head coach to replace Bret Boulware, it was announced by Director of Athletics Brian Reese on Monday.

“Bret's hard work and efforts in laying a foundation for this program are appreciated, and we wish him the best,” said Reese.

Boulware, a 1992 graduate of PC, served as assistant coach for the Blue Hose from 1993-95 before heading to Furman to serve in the same capacity for five years.

In 2000 Boulware returned to PC as head coach where he guided the Blue Hose to an 87-171-20 mark in 16 years, including six seasons with over eight wins and a South Atlantic League regular season title in 2001.

During Boulware's tenure several Blue Hose earned NSCAA All-Region and All-SAC team honors, as well as CoSIDA All-American accolades.
