High School: During his four years at guard for Science Hill the team was 133-18 ... They won the district championship all four years and the regional tournament his last three years ... Advanced to the sectional tournament his sophomore and senior season and made it to the semifinals of the State Tournament his junior season ... He also played RB on offense and Cornerback/ Safety on defense for the football team ... They were 6-5 his sophomore year, 8-4 his junior year and 10-2 his senior year ... His last three years, they advanced to the league playoffs .. An All-Big 8 conference team member all four years, Adams was the District Tournament MVP his sophomore year and the Regional MVP his Junior and Senior Year ... He earned All District Tournament team honors his freshman year and all Regional Tournament team honors as a sophomore ... He was on the All Arbys' Classic Tournament Team his senior year and the Merv Lopes Holiday Classic team as a junior ...  Adams was also MVP of the FCA senior TN/VA all-star game this past season ... In Football he was MVP underclassman of Science Hill and won the Bristol Shriners MVP and was a member of the Offensive First team ... His senior year he was all Big 8 Athlete of the Year ... In four years he totaled 1,486 points, 582 assists, 336 steals and 427 rebounds ... In football he compiled 2,500 yards of offense, scoring 25 touchdowns ... He chose PC  because it has a great reputation as a academic school as well as being Division I in basketball with a coaching staff that has a proven track record ...
