Senior Matt Sizemore (Richmond, Va.) birdied two of his final six holes to climb into a ninth-place tie at 225 (76, 77, 72) and lead the Blue Hose in his final collegiate tournament. His only previous top-ten finish came as co-medalist his junior year at the Donald Ross Intercollegiate.

Freshman Davis Parker (Augusta, Ga.) shot 228 (74, 77, 77) to tie for 17th and was named to the Big South All-Freshman Team. Parker is the first in program history to earn the honor.  He led the team three times this season and earned one top-10 finish.

Junior Carter Davis (Spartanburg, S.C.) tied for 28th with a three-round score of 231 (79, 76, 76). Sophomore Samuel Jackson (Pelion, S.C.) shot 234 (76, 82, 76) to earn 37th place. Junior Dylan Murray (Westport, Conn.) tied for 44th at 241 (80, 82, 79).

Number two seed Coastal Carolina held off a late surge from top-seeded Liberty to win the 2013 Big South Men's Golf Championship title by a score of 881 (296, 289, 296) to 883 (294, 294, 295). The Flames had sophomore Mathieu Fenasse shoot a tournament low round of 66 on the final day to win the individual honors at 211 (75, 70, 66).

Junior Colt Crymes (Athens, Ga.) was named to the Big South All-Academic Team as a part of the post-tournament awards. Crymes maintains a 3.876 GPA at PC and is majoring in chemistry. He played in five tournaments this season with a 78.29 stroke average.

This concluded the season for the Blue Hose men's golf team.
