Presbyterian
College baseball travels to Durham, North Carolina to face North Carolina in
one of the most well known baseball stadiums in the nation on Friday
afternoon. The Blue Hose, 2-10 on the
season, will have two chances to earn the first road win of the season as the
doubleheader starts at 3 p.m.
The Blue
Hose will play the Eagles at the Durham Athletic Park, home of the film Bull
Durham. Mack Hite enters the series as
PC's leading hitter with a .362 batting average. Nate Horton and Aaron Preston lead the team
in home runs with two each while Horton also owns the RBI lead with nine.
Following
Friday's games, PC will return home before facing Wofford on Wednesday
afternoon in Forest City, North Carolina for a St. Patrick's Day clash with the
Terriers.
