AIKEN, S.C. - The Presbyterian College men's golf team finished day one of the 13th Annual Cleveland Golf Palmetto Intercollegiate on Monday in 15th place (601; 310, 291) behind solid play during round two.
Evan Phillips is tied for 23rd with a score of 145 (73, 72). Patrick Coleman is tied for 37th at 148 (77, 71) after hitting the best round of the day for the Blue Hose. Thomas Todd is tied for 57th at 152 (78, 74), while Adam Black is tied for 82nd at 156 (82, 74), and Rob McRae is in 89th at 163 (85, 78).
Chattanooga is in the lead after day one with an aggregate score of 562 (285, 277). Virginia's Ben Kohles has a one-stroke lead at 133 (70, 63) for individual medalist honors.
