HILTON HEAD, SC – Presbyterian College junior Celia Mansour is in first place at the Low Country Intercollegiate after shooting an opening round of 73 on Saturday. Meanwhile, the Blue Hose are tied for 10th out of 17 teams with a combined score of 330. Wofford is hosting the 36-hole event at the Moss Creek Golf Club (par-72, 5,922 yards).

Mansour led the team in birdies (3) and pars (12) on the day and holds a three-stroke lead for first with just 18 holes remaining. Next for PC, Maiken Bing Paulsen is tied for 29th with a score of 82 and recorded the team’s only eagle of the day on hole No. 16 (par-4).

Ann Elizabeth Gore is tied for 70th (87) while Rylie Marchman and Abby Driscoll are tied for 74th (88). Playing as individuals, Katie Bishop also tied for 70th (87), and Alexandra Demko tied for 82nd (90).

Dalton State holds a narrow lead for first (319) over a four-way tie for second.
