Howey-in-the-Hills, Fla - The Presbyterian College men’s golf team finished 11th at the Mission Inn Spring Spectacular with a team score of 927 (304, 310, 313). Sophomore James Scott held on to lead the Blue Hose, for the second time this season, with a score of 229 (76, 76, 77).

Hayden Ploeger was next for PC, tied for 44th at 232 (78, 76, 78). Carson Spears and Cole Patterson tied for 47th with scores of 233 (75, 80, 78) and 233 (75, 78, 80) respectively. John David Chambers tied for 98th at 254 (82, 87, 85).

TCU won the team title with an aggregate of 875. Ohio University’s Peyton White earned medalist honors with a score of 215 (72, 70, 73). George Mason hosted at the Mission Inn Resort & Club (par-72, 6,884 yards).

The Blue Hose will next play at the Furman Invitational from March 23-26 in Greenville, SC.
