The Presbyterian College football team participated in its last two-a-day practice this evening.
As has been the tradition, the underclassmen carried the seniors off the field in a shortened practice.
Head Coach Harold Nichols challenged James Festa to a "Gasser" (a race to the opposite sideline and back). If Festa won, practice would be called for the evening. Festa won outright and the players got a much deserved break until tomorrow.
Before practice, President John Griffith spoke to the players and gave a short pep talk.
Coach Nichols ended practice after teaching the players the PC Fight Song and naming the 2011 Captains, which are Justin Bethel, Billy Kaylor, Brian Davis and Brandon Miley.
PC will practice Thursday and Friday at 9:30 a.m., before the scrimmage Saturday at 10 a.m.
