CLINTON, S.C. - The Presbyterian College baseball program is pleased to announce it is giving back to the community for the second consecutive year.
This is your opportunity to be involved in the second annual Blue
Hose Give Back Youth Camp to be held November 7th at the
Blue Hose Baseball Complex. This one day event is a FREE camp put on by the Blue Hose Baseball Program and is open to
all the youth between the ages 7-13 in Laurens County. The kids will
have the opportunity to interact with the current 2009-2010 Presbyterian
College baseball team and coaching staff.
The camp is geared toward giving every kid in Laurens County an opportunity to
learn the fundamental skills of baseball in a fun enthusiastic environment. Our
players will provide most of the instruction with our coaching staff
supervising the entire event.
Our players have been involved in the lives of Laurens County youth for several
years through student teaching and, most recently, over the past three years
through the "Blue Hose Tiger Pals" mentor program at Laurens Middle School. Blue Hose Tiger
Pals mentoring program has been a highly successful program and is truly making
a difference. The Give Back Camp is another way to give back to this great
community!
In order to make
this camp a success, we need your help! Your donation is needed to make this event
special. Donations will go toward the purchase of Give Back Camp T-Shirts for
every participating youth and toward supporting the Blue Hose Baseball Program.
The name of all participating donors will be listed on the back of the Camp T-shirt according to your
donation level. Donors will also be listed in the 2009-2010 PC Baseball Media
Guide, along with exposure on the baseball portion of the official PC Athletic
website: www.gobluehose.com. All local
& state media outlets will also be notified and your donations are tax deductible!

Camp" on your check. All donations are due as soon as possible. Trade-outs with local restaurants in the
